Liquid polyborosilazane (ZQ-B100)

This product is a solvent-free liquid silicon-boron hybrid polymer. Its molecular structure contains crosslinkable active groups such as vinyl groups, which allow for crosslinking and curing under mild conditions. The cured product can be converted into silicon boron carbon nitride (SiBCN) ceramic by pyrolysis under an inert atmosphere, and into silicon boron nitride (SiBN) ceramic by pyrolysis under ammonia.

    Performance Characteristics

      This product is a flowable liquid at room temperature with good storage stability; it exhibits good adhesion to metals, ceramics, and graphite.

    Packaging and Transportation

      Packaged in 10L and 25L plastic drums; special packaging is available upon customer request. It is recommended to store it in a sealed container below 4℃. Handle with care during transportation to prevent collisions and damage.
