Product Features
PVC profiles/pipes, as a readily available material in daily life, have a wide range of applications, with excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, low price, good performance, and hard texture. Due to the high melt viscosity and poor fluidity, even if the injection pressure and melt temperature are increased, the change in fluidity is not large. “Qiquan” high-density oxidized wax products can effectively reduce melt viscosity and improve fluidity. This protects equipment, extends the service life of metal equipment, improves production efficiency and yield, and improves the surface finish of PVC pipes/profiles, reducing processing difficulty.
