1. Oxidized polyethylene wax with an acid value greater than 13 can usually be emulsified and dispersed in water to make a water-based wax emulsion. It is used in the textile, papermaking, leather, and die-casting release agent industries to improve gloss, waterproofness, scratch resistance, wear resistance, and provide strong protection.
2. Oxidized polyethylene wax produced by Shandong Qiquan has excellent lubricity and emulsification performance, especially suitable for the production of wax emulsions. The continuous production process can better control the stability of product batches, resulting in wax emulsions with good color and no emulsification breakage, receiving positive feedback from many customers.
3. After emulsification, it can be used as an additive, such as a leather brightener, matting agent, and hand feel agent.
