Application
1. This product is bis-aminosilane, an excellent glass fiber treatment agent, which can improve the mechanical strength, electrical properties and anti-aging properties of composite materials.
2. This product is suitable for polyester resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, melamine, nylon polysulfone and other glass fiber reinforced plastic materials, the treated glass fiber reinforced plastic can be widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts, building materials, pressurized containers and some special-purpose reinforcing materials, especially suitable for nylon and nylon products as well as magneto-plastic devices.
3. This product can be made into highly active double amino silicone oil stock and emulsion, as a textile industry fabric finishing agent, with good softness and gloss.
4. This product is widely used as surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers, such as continuous glass fiber, glass wool, silica, talc, mica, clay and wollastonite.
5. It is especially suitable for vinyl coating, epoxy coating and polyurethane coating, etc. It significantly improves the adhesion between the coating and the surface of the coating, and it is especially effective for some hard-to-paint metals such as copper, pickaxe and zinc.
