Application
1,Foundry industry: This product contains silane coupling agent with double amino functional group, which has good stability in water type system. Added to the casting resin, can extend the storage period and stability of the resin. In the casting products, the performance of this product is obviously better than KH-550.
2, textile industry: the product made of amino modified silicone oil, used in textile products, textiles (cotton, chemical fiber, velvet, wool, leather, etc.) more soft, smooth, breathable, waterproof and more elastic.
3, polysulfide sealant: when added to the single two-component polysulfide sealant, ZQ-602 provides a better adhesion to the substrate, including glass, aluminum and steel, and its dosage for the sealant of 0.5-1.0% by weight. It is better dispersed in the sealant, allowing internal destruction of the resin rather than the interfacial bonding layer between the sealant and the substrate. In addition, the use of ZQ-602 can avoid the use of primer process for bonding.
4, plastisol sealant: in the plastisol sealant with ZQ-602 to replace the polyamide adhesion promoter, can improve the adhesion with the metal substrate, increase strength. Modified by 602 has better overall performance than the polyamide system. Moreover, the modified system is lighter in color and does not produce air bubbles after curing.
5. It is a bis-amino silane coupling agent with good stability in the system, very suitable for water-soluble phenolic resin adhesives. It is also suitable for epoxy resin, phenolic resin, melamine formaldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, etc. It can improve the adhesion to metal and glass.

(2)Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from light and heat, valid for one year.
