Application
1. Amino acid and methoxy acid are used to couple organic polymers and inorganic fillers to enhance their adhesion and improve the mechanical, electrical, water resistance and anti-aging properties of the products.
2, can be used as additives or formulated into primer for phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, acrylic and other coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants, to improve the adhesion of resin coatings, corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, resistance to boiling and scrubbing, to extend the service life, and to improve the dispersion of pigments, fillers and bonding properties in the resin phase.
3. It can be used in resin sand casting and resin abrasives to improve the combination of resin and silica sand or abrasive and water resistance, enhance the adhesion of resin and silica sand, and improve the strength and moisture resistance of sand. Used in glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin and epoxy thermosetting composites, it can be used as both glass fiber surface treatment agent and resin additives.
4. The surface treatment of inorganic mineral filler, flame retardant and glass fiber can improve its dispersion, compatibility, bonding and reinforcing effect in the resin phase.
5. γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane can also be used in the synthesis of amino silicone oil and its emulsion.
