Application
1. This product is an excellent glass fiber treatment agent, which improves the mechanical strength, electrical properties and anti-aging properties of composite materials. In the production of glass fiber wool and mineral wool, it can be added to phenolic resin binder to improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.
2. It can be used in mineral-filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, which can greatly improve and enhance the physical and mechanical properties of the plastics such as dry and wet flexural strength, compressive strength, shear strength, and the electrical properties of the wet state, as well as to improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in the polymer.
3. It is an excellent adhesion promoter and can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, RTV, vulcanization, phenolic adhesive and sealing materials, it can improve the dispersion of pigment and improve the adhesion to glass, aluminum, iron metal, it can also be used in polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.
4. It helps to improve the phenolic resin bonding and water resistance of wear-resistant self-hardening sand in the manufacture of grinding wheels.
5. 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane can also be used in the synthesis of amino silicone oil and its emulsion.
