Cracked polyethylene wax is now able to be applied as additives and processing aids for rubber, plastics, inks, fibers, wax products, etc. to improve the dye dispersion, brightness, lubricity and processing performance of processed products. And it can be used as raw material for making oxidized polyethylene.
Application scope of cracked polyethylene wax:
1. Intense color masterbatch and filling masterbatch. Cracked polyethylene wax is used as dispersant in color masterbatch processing and widely used in polyolefin color masterbatch. It has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene and other resins, and has very excellent external lubrication and internal lubrication.
2. Cracked polyethylene wax can be used as dispersant, lubricant and brightener in the processing of PVC profiles to enhance the degree of plasticization, improve the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products, and is widely used in the production of PVC compound stabilizer.
3. Cracked polyethylene wax can be used as pigment carrier, can improve the abrasion resistance of paint and ink, improve the dispersibility of pigment and filler, has good anti-settling effect, can be used as the leveling agent of paint and ink, so that the products have a good luster and three-dimensional sense.
4. Cracked polyethylene wax is widely used in the production of various wax products such as floor wax, automobile wax, polish wax, etc. It can improve the strength and surface gloss of wax products.
5. Used as lubricant for cable insulation materials, it can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve the rate of extrusion molding, increase the flow of the mold, and facilitate the release of the mold.
6. Used in all kinds of hot melt adhesive, thermosetting powder coating, road marking paint, cracked polyethylene wax as dispersant, has good anti-settling effect, and make the products have good gloss and three-dimensional sense.
