Zibo linzi qiquan industry & trade co.,Ltd. is located at No.96, Weixi Road, Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, Linzi District, Zibo City, which produces γ-chloropropyltrichlorosilane and can be further processed to produce γ-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-chloropropyltriethoxysilane, ethyl orthosilicate, methyl orthosilicate, propyltrimethoxysilane, propyltriethoxysilane. The main raw materials used in this construction project are trichlorohydrosilane, chloropropene, methanol, ethanol and so on.
The company belongs to the basic chemical raw material manufacturing industry, and the main pollution factors are non-methane hydrocarbons, methanol, hydrogen chloride, COD, ammonia nitrogen and so on. In accordance with the Cleaner Production Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China (2012), Measures for Cleaner Production Audit (Decree No. 38 of the Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, 2016), and also in accordance with the Notice of the Ecological Environment Department of Shandong Province on the Announcement of the List of Enterprises Implementing Compulsory Cleaner Production Audit in Shandong Province for the Year of 2020 issued by the Ecology and Environment Department of Shandong Province (LUHUHUAN HANBAN [2020]) No. 152) the relevant requirements of the document, the company since March 2020 to date has completed the current round of cleaner production audit assessment phase of the work required to carry out cleaner production audit work. The company attaches great importance to the cleaner production audit work, employing Shandong Huadu Inspection Co., Ltd. as a consulting unit, in the process of carrying out the cleaner production work, the internal leadership of the enterprise staff cleaner production audit knowledge publicity and education, issued a cleaner production audit notification document, the formation of a cleaner production audit team. The production workshop and each unit of the workshop were carefully analyzed to find out the links that do not meet the requirements of cleaner production, determine the focus of this audit, and carry out actual measurements of the audit focus workshop according to the material flow, draw the material balance diagram and energy balance diagram of the audit focus, and timely organize the implementation of the no/low cost program.
This clean production audit has produced 8 feasible no/low cost programs, 5 medium and high cost programs, 13 programs have been fully implemented, with a total investment of 1.909 million yuan. The annual increase in economic benefits after the implementation of the program is 2.12 million yuan. The annual electricity saving is 1 million kWh, water saving is 10,000 tons, waste gas disposal cost saving is 100,000 yuan, and 100 tons of extra materials are produced.
The audit effectively reduces energy consumption, improves production efficiency and reduces environmental pollution. The audit has achieved the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency enhancement, and realized the expected goal of clean production.
