The main purpose
1. This product is an excellent glass fiber treatment agent, which improves the mechanical strength, electrical properties and anti-aging properties of composite materials. In the production of glass fiber cotton and mineral wool, adding it to the phenolic resin binder can improve moisture resistance and increase compression resilience.
2. This product is used in mineral-filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, which can greatly improve and enhance the dry and wet flexural strength, compressive strength, and shear strength of plastics. Physical and mechanical properties such as shear strength and wet electrical properties, and improve the wetting and dispersibility of fillers in polymers.
3. This product is an excellent adhesion promoter, which can be used for polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, RTV, sulfide, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials. It can improve the dispersion of pigments and increase the adhesion to glass, aluminum, and iron. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic latex coatings.
4. In the manufacture of grinding wheels, this product helps to improve the phenolic resin adhesion and water resistance of wear-resistant self-hardening sand.
5. 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane can also be used in the synthesis of amino silicone oil and its emulsion.
